Ashley Burton named to Quincy All Decade Women’s Soccer Team

Ashley Burton, Midfielder, Class of 2015

One of the most decorated players in program history, Burton bookended her career with All-American honors, earning a second-team nod as a senior when she led the Great Lakes Valley Conference with 14 goals and a third-team nod as a freshman when she had 13 goals and four assists. She was a four-time All-GLVC and four-time All-Midwest Region selection who ended her career fifth in program history with 41 goals and 95 points.

Ashley played her youth soccer with the Kolping Kicks Soccer Club in St. Louis, MO. Ashley is also one of our primary trainers in the Kolping Club Training System.

Jenn is a former Kolping Kicks player, wrapping up her soccer training with Tony Schmitt at Kolping before moving on to Mississippi. Congratulations Jenn.

Graduation year: 2012

Miller was pivotal in helping the Chargers to the Class 3 state championship her senior season. She was named the 2012 All-Metro player of the year after she scored 14 goals and had six assists. Miller, who went on to play at Mississippi, scored 31 goals and added 17 assists in her career with Cor Jesu.

Graduation year: 2011

With an eye-popping 51 goals and 17 assists as a senior, Auer was named the 2011 All-Metro player of the year. She went on to play at SIU Edwardsville after scoring 116 goals and adding 57 assists during her stellar career with the Rebels.
